Whether you are a doctor, publisher, educator, realtor, consultant, or industry leader, the ability to visually communicate who you are is crucial. Our Business Headshot sessions produce so much more than a close-up of your face – but a valuable communication tool used to express who you are and what you do. Professional Business Headshots by Tracy position you as an expert in your field and make sure that your first impression is the best that it can be.

The most popular session is for you to be photographed in two different looks, so that you have a combination of business and casual looks to encompass more of your marketing needs.

All Business Headshot Sessions Include:

  • Studio time (determined by the number of selected headshots).
  • Professionally retouched final photos.
  • High-Resolution digital files for print.
  • Low-Resolution digital files for web and digital use.
  • Digital Headshot Files delivered via a download link – fast turnaround times.

Business Headshot sessions start at $405

  • *How many headshots do you need?

    If you need more than 4 headshots or need a variety of poses, please refer to our Professional Branding Sessions.

    *Any outdoor photos?

    Would you like to add any additional outdoor headshots?

    *Any group portraits?

    If you work with 1 to 4 partners you may add studio group portraits. For larger groups, please refer to our Power Team Headshots for your custom quote.

  • *Do you need hair and makeup?

    Please indicate here if you need hair and makeup services so that Tracy can coordinate with one of her stylists. The fee is $175 and is paid directly to the stylist on the day of your appointment. (Please let us know if your hair is below bra length, as there may be an added fee for hair styling plus extra time needed). The stylist is at Tracy’s studio, so you only drive to one location.

    *Grooming for Men

    Please indicate here if you need grooming services so that Tracy can coordinate with one of her stylists for you. Grooming takes about 30 mins and includes: face preparation, covering of imperfections, anti-shine application, touch-up, steaming of clothing, and hairstyling. The fee is $110 and is paid directly to the stylist on the day of your appointment. The stylist is conveniently at Tracy’s studio, so you only drive to one location.

    Headshot sessions are typically booked 2-3 weeks in advance. We will make every effort to fit you in on your selected date, but dates cannot be guaranteed until confirmed by Tracy in a follow-up email.
