Step 1: Complete the Branding Questionnaire
Step 2: Schedule a Zoom Video call with Tracy to get to know each other better and discuss your specific photography needs in detail. Each brand is different, so each session will be equally unique. This call includes strategizing your styling, hair and makeup, wardrobe, and any other unique needs for your branding photo session.
Step 3: Tracy will deliver a custom quote for your branding photo session. All sessions start at $850 and go up based on your unique photography needs.
Step 4: If all looks great, we’ll book your session, pick a date and time, and schedule your virtual fitting room video chat with the stylist. Styling help, hair and makeup or grooming all is included in your custom package.
Step 5: A 50% deposit is due at the time of your session booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of your session.

These sessions are more customized than a headshot session, so there are lots of factors to consider including possible location(s), outfits, branding colors, your brand messaging, etc. Therefore, our pre-shoot experience will be more involved and in-depth in the pre-planning stages. We help you decide how to best translate your brand into images that you can use on social media, your website and in advertising. Each brand is different and each session is personalized.
